Yet another estate home has sold in Palm Beach. An historic property located on Clarke Avenue sold for a recorded 10 million dollars. The home was designed by noted society architect John Volk in 1927 and was granted landmark protection in 1996.
The Mediterranean-style, Palm Beach home contains 9,100 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The main home and separate guesthouse contain a total of 6 bedrooms. The estate also features a 4-car garage, spacious patio and 44-foot lap pool.
The home previously underwent a massive 2-year renovation to restore some of its original architectural elements. The Palm Beach estate last sold in 2008, shortly before the recession, for 9.68 million dollars.
