Construction has commenced at 321 Ocean. The luxury condo development is located on the ocean in Miami Beach’s prestigious South-of-Fifth neighborhood.
Designed by renowned architect Enrique Norten, 321 Ocean is comprised of two buildings separated by an elevated, Enzo Enea-landscaped courtyard. The two towers will hold 21 exclusive condo residences. The 321 Ocean condos will feature high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, at least 2 balconies, breathtaking ocean views and the finest finishes and fixtures. The luxury development should be completed in 2015.
