A duplex penthouse at Faena House with an asking price of 50-million dollars has gone under contract for an undisclosed amount. The sale is expected to set the record for the most expensive condo sale in Miami Beach. The current record was set in 2013 by a 27-million-dollar sale at The Setai.
The Faena House penthouse contains 8,273 square feet of interior living space and almost 10,000 square feet of private terraces. The lavish penthouse contains 5 bedrooms, a 70-foot-long rooftop pool and panoramic ocean views.
