Gay Hart Gaines one of the owners of the luxury beachfront home is a longtime Republican Party fundraiser who served many years as the national chairman of GOPAC, a Republican political action committee. Stanley N. Gaines is a retired chief executive of an automotive company.
According to the warranty deed at the Palm Beach County Clerk’s Office, this was a private sale to Endigan LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
The property consists of about 2 acres with more than 160 feet of ocean frontage with a private road that was purchased in 2003. The property was originally purchased for $6.5 million in 1998 from the late Mark and Gertrude Maxwell.
The Gaines’s are moving to a $6.39 million luxury oceanfront condo at Two North Breakers located in Palm Beach.
Gay Gaines told the Palm Beach Daily News that she couldn’t comment on the sale of her home.
