Amid 18 new condo buildings already proposed in Miami Beach, developer R. Donahue Peebles plans to add a boutique luxury condo tower located at 6747 Collins Avenue to the mix. The exclusive condominiums will be located on an oceanfront lot just south of the Canyon Ranch towers.
Known as 6747 Collins Ave until an official name is given, the luxury oceanfront development will rise 16 stories above the Atlantic Ocean. The project is set to include 13 ultra-exclusive residences, including 10 units averaging 5,620 square feet, 2 beachfront villas and a 2-story penthouse with 10,000 square feet of living space.
There have already been 145 new condo towers proposed for South Florida. The push for new construction comes as inventory from the last condo boom is dwindling down. Other boutique condo buildings proposed or under construction in Miami Beach include One Ocean, Marea South Beach and Glass Miami Beach.
