Last weekend’s Art Basel Miami Beach drew a prominent local and international crowd. With many of the world’s most affluent art collectors in town, real estate developers seized the opportunity to showcase some of their latest ultra-exclusive residential projects.
Douglas Elliman presented their penthouse collection. Oceanfront penthouses in the impressive portfolio include lavish residences at the Faena House and Miami Beach Edition. The Faena House penthouse features 8,000 square feet of interior living space and a 10,000-square-foot rooftop terrace.
One Thousand Museum and Oceana Bal Harbour were also featured at Art Basel. Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid is already well respected in the art world, and her new development in Miami, One Thousand Museum, is viewed as a work of art in itself. Oceana Bal Harbour will include two Jeff Koons sculptures in a 5-story, ocean-view breezeway.
