About 51 percent of the units at the Mansions at Acqualina have already been sold reaching $200 million in sales. The beautiful condos in this prestigious building include 79 private units for $5 million, and a 16,000 square foot luxurious penthouse for $50 million.
This is the 11th new luxury high-rise in the middle of construction or planned for construction in Miami this year. Around 50 new luxury oceanfront condos from Palm Beach to Miami are proposed or are in the process of being built.
After the housing market crash of 2007 many luxury oceanfront condo developments were put on hold. Some of the buildings that are back in development or have been completed are Bellini, MyBrickell, Apogee, Oceana (two towers), 4001 North Ocean, and Regalia.
