Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museum condo tower in downtown Miami received its Letter of No Hazard from the FAA. The distinctive luxury building is allowed to top out at 709 feet above sea level.
One Thousand Museum will rise 62 stories and contain 83 ultra-luxury condominiums. The residences will feature spacious terraces, panoramic views and high-end finishes. One Thousand Museum will also offer 30,000 square feet of amenity spaces and resort-quality services. Set for completion in 2018, the lavish high rise will undoubtedly transform the Miami skyline.
