Another notable luxury real estate sale took place recently in North Palm Beach. A seven-bedroom luxury oceanfront estate located at 12210 Banyan Road sold for 21.17 million dollars, according to the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office.
The Tuscan-style oceanfront estate was built in 1997. This luxury waterfront home is surrounded by 4 glorious acres and 247 feet of ocean frontage.
The exquisite waterfront estate includes a spacious home theatre, “VIP guest suite,” and a wine room. The previous owner sold 2.71 acres of the luxury waterfront estate for a recorded 10 million dollars in 2009.
The new owner of the property did not want his name to be disclosed. According to a Palm Beach Daily News article the owner is a single man from the northeast looking for sizable oceanfront estate away from traffic. He is planning on making this his permanent residence.
