The ultra-wealthy are attracted to the Porsche Design Tower Miami in Sunny Isles Beach more than any other condo building in the world. Twenty-two units in the innovative oceanfront tower have sold to billionaires. Before the Porsche Design Tower Miami, One57 in New York attracted attention for selling 9 residences to billionaires.
Seventy-five percent of the Porsche Design Tower’s 132 units have been reserved, totaling 550 million dollars’ worth of contracts. The luxury condominiums range in price from 4.5 million dollars to 32.5 million dollars. The oceanfront building boasts one-of-a-kind “auto elevators”, impressive recreation areas and spacious flow-through floor plans. Developer Gil Dezer just recently received a 214 million dollar construction loan for the exclusive project.
The Porsche Design Tower Miami broke ground in April 2013. The 57-story tower is scheduled for completion in late 2015 or early 2016.
