A spacious beach club will be built at Related Group’s Paraiso Bay megaproject in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The private beach club will be a shared amenity between Paraiso Bay, One Paraiso and Paraiso Bayviews.
The Paraiso beach club will be located directly on the bay. It will contain a marina, pool, Michael Schwartz restaurant and 2-story clubhouse.
Paraiso Bay will include 2 towers, with 325 luxury condos in each tower. The waterfront development is scheduled for completion in spring 2016. One Paraiso will contain 276 exclusive residences, and Paraiso Bayviews will offer 396 Edgewater condos. One Paraiso and Paraiso Bayviews are both scheduled for completion in late 2016 or early 2017.
