Terra Group Receives Approval for New Luxury Condo Tower

Terra Group received approval for a new luxury condominium tower in northern Miami Beach. The oceanfront building will rise 18 stories and contain 35 luxury residences.

The new condo tower will be built on an empty lot next to the former Biltmore Terrace Hotel. The hotel will also be renovated. Architect Alan Shulman is designing the new condo building and overseeing hotel renovations, and West 8 is in charge of landscape architecture.

Terra Group is also developing Glass in Miami Beach, Park Grove in Coconut Grove and the Grove at Grand Bay in Coconut Grove. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
